From checkout to your phone—or your door.
How electronic transfers, QR codes, e-tickets, will call and physical delivery work.
Most tickets are digital
The most common delivery methods are e-ticket PDFs, mobile QR codes and direct transfers to the email or mobile-ticketing account used at checkout. Follow the instructions in your tickets-ready email to accept or download them.
Delivery timing
A later delivery date is normal for some live events because venues and sellers do not release ticket assets until closer to showtime. Your listing and confirmation show the expected delivery details, and we notify you as soon as the assets are available.
Other delivery methods
Some listings use physical shipping, will call, local pickup, an access card or a representative meeting you at the venue. The listing identifies the method before purchase.
- For shipping, use a complete address and watch for tracking.
- For will call or pickup, bring matching photo identification.
- For mobile transfer, create the required ticketing-app account with your checkout email.
Before you leave
Open the ticket or accept the transfer before traveling, charge your phone, and add mobile tickets to your wallet when supported. Contact us right away if the delivery does not match the order instructions.
