Fan support
We’re with you from search to showtime.
One page for everything support. Tell us what happened at [email protected] and include your order number — our team is available 24/7.
Cancelled or postponed events
If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you get your money back — no forms to chase. If it’s postponed or rescheduled, your tickets normally remain valid for the new date, and we email you as soon as the organizer confirms the details.
Ticket delivery
Most tickets arrive as mobile QR codes, e-ticket PDFs or direct transfers. Some are released by the seller or venue closer to showtime — that’s normal, and we email you the moment yours are ready. Write to us if the event is getting close and you don’t see them.
Billing and order information
Questions about a charge, a pending authorization, a receipt or what’s in your order? Send us the order number from your confirmation email and we’ll walk you through it. You can also sign in with your checkout email to see your order history.

Common questions
Can I get a refund if my plans change?+
Generally, no. Sellers commit their inventory the moment your order is confirmed, so all sales are final and can’t usually be cancelled, exchanged or refunded because you can no longer attend.
What happens if my event is cancelled?+
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a refund of the amount you paid — or an optional credit where offered. We email you as soon as the cancellation is confirmed.
What if my event is postponed or rescheduled?+
Your tickets normally remain valid for the new date. Hold on to them, and watch your inbox for the updated details.
How will I receive my tickets?+
Most tickets are delivered digitally — mobile QR codes, e-ticket PDFs or a transfer to the email used at checkout. Your confirmation shows the expected method, and a tickets-ready email tells you when they’re available.
Why haven’t my tickets arrived yet?+
Some venues and sellers release ticket assets closer to the event date. A later delivery is normal for live events; we notify you the moment your tickets are ready.
Why do I see a pending charge on my card?+
We authorize your card first and only capture payment after your tickets are secured with the seller. If the tickets can’t be secured, the authorization is released — your bank may take a few business days to remove it.
Are the prices really all-in?+
Yes. Displayed ticket prices already include our service and processing fees, so the checkout total matches what you compared.
