Refund policy
Clear rules when an event doesn’t go to plan.
What qualifies for a refund, what normally stays valid, and how card authorizations are handled.
Confirmed ticket sales are final
Once a seller confirms your tickets, that inventory is committed to you. Orders cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged or refunded because your plans changed, and changes to seats, quantity or delivery details cannot be guaranteed.
When a refund applies
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we refund the amount you paid. Our buyer guarantee also provides replacement tickets or a full refund if valid tickets are not delivered in time, or if the tickets materially differ from what you ordered and a comparable-or-better replacement is not available.
- Cancelled and not rescheduled: refund of the amount paid.
- Postponed or rescheduled: tickets normally remain valid.
- Lineup or start-time changes: normally not refundable.
Authorization is not always a charge
When you place an order, your bank may show a pending authorization. We capture it only after the tickets are secured. If the seller cannot fulfill the order, we release the authorization; banks can take several business days to remove the pending entry.
Your local rights
Nothing in this summary limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law where you live. The full, controlling policy appears in our Terms of Use.
